Joe Moralli

Joe Moralli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consulting. Currently serving as a Management Analyst at the City of Chico since February 2000, Joe is involved in the Fiber Utility Project. Additionally, since October 2015, Joe has held the position of Principal at 1413 Consulting, where essential services in auditing, inventory management, training, and consulting for law enforcement are provided.
