Dave Rice

Dave Rice currently serves as the Facilities Director for the City of Chicopee, where responsibilities include developing and coordinating city-wide facilities maintenance planning and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Prior to this role, Dave held various positions at VIABILITY, Inc. including Facilities and Safety Director, where property and safety management duties were performed along with oversight of construction projects and facility repairs. Experience also includes positions at Eastern States Exposition, Zerorez of the Pioneer Valley, and HRU, focusing on maintenance and repair work across multiple facilities. Dave's background in electrical work was acquired through an apprenticeship at Desousa Electrical Services and technical education at Greater Lowell Technical School.
