Jeffrey Trask, MBCP, CEM, CBCLA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in emergency management, business continuity, and resilience. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Resilience at ISO New England Inc. since January 2018, Jeffrey leads the enterprise-wide Emergency Management and Business Continuity program. Additionally, in the City of Holyoke, Jeffrey holds the position of Fire Commissioner and Director of Emergency Management, while also advising the Mayor of Chicopee as a Senior Advisor on emergency preparedness and disaster recovery. With previous leadership roles at MassMutual, MIT, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Jeffrey has a robust background in crisis management and the implementation of emergency plans. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management and several certifications in crisis leadership and business continuity from prestigious institutions.
