City Clerk at City of Chino Hills

Cheryl Balz, MMC CPMC, has extensive experience in municipal governance, currently serving as City Clerk for the City of Chino Hills since March 2015. Prior to this role, Cheryl held the position of City Clerk for the City of Brea from August 2011 to February 2015 and served as Senior Deputy City Clerk for the City of Riverside from September 2001 to August 2011. Cheryl's educational background includes a Master Municipal Clerk certification earned between 2007 and 2014, as well as a Certified Municipal Clerk designation obtained from 2003 to 2011, both from the University of California, Riverside. Additional training was completed in a Technical Track for Clerks at the same university from 2002 to 2005.
