Eunice Ulloa

Eunice Ulloa has served the City of Chino since 1984, holding various positions including Council Member from 1984 to 1992 and 2005 to 2016, and Mayor from 1992 to 2004 and since 2016. Additionally, Eunice served as the Executive Director of the Chino Basin Water Conservation District from August 2005 to July 2017. Eunice holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and is a graduate of Claremont High School.
