Felicia Marshall, P.E. is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as an Associate Civil Engineer for the City of Chino since April 2019. Previously held positions include Associate Engineer for the City of Rancho Cucamonga from October 2016 to April 2019 and Associate Engineer for the City of Corona from April 2015 to October 2016. Felicia started their career as an Assistant Engineer at Albert A. Webb Associates from December 2011 to April 2015, and served as a Project Engineer at Development Resource Consultants from February 2006 to December 2010. Earlier experience includes a role as Design Engineer at Allard Engineering from March 2004 to February 2006. Felicia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Saint Leo University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron.
