Lisa-Marie Cimino

Lisa-Marie Cimino is an experienced professional in human resources and communications, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner for the City of Cibolo since June 2021, where responsibilities include administering HR programs such as Payroll and Employee Engagement. Prior to this role, Lisa-Marie worked as a Communications Officer for the City of Schertz, managing 911 emergency calls and ensuring effective coordination among various law enforcement agencies. Experience also includes positions as a Barista at Starbucks and a Certified Nursing Assistant at Post Acute Medical. Lisa-Marie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Tarleton State University and an MBA in Management from Lamar University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts & Sciences and an Associate's degree in Arts and Sciences.
