Brett Ballard

Brett Ballard is a Computer Systems Analyst and Senior Computer Programmer Analyst at the City of Cincinnati since July 2021, with prior experience as a Web Development and Technical Sales Engineer at MVDconnect, LLC from November 2011 to July 2021. At MVDconnect, Brett collaborated with the sales team to create audio, video, and collaboration solutions while designing and supporting customer portal systems and automating business communications. Additionally, Brett has a background in marketing and web development, having worked at Legend Web Works as a Web Designer/Front End Developer, where skills focused on brand identity creation and custom website development. Brett's education was completed at The Art Institute of Ohio - Cincinnati.
