Brian Gay

Brian Gay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in urban planning and management. Currently serving as the Division Manager for Capital at the City of Cincinnati since August 2010, Brian coordinates the Capital Improvement Program and has also held the position of Supervising Management Analyst. Previously, Brian contributed to economic development strategies and municipal code revisions as a Management Intern at the City of Dublin's Office of the City Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University and a Master of Public Administration with an emphasis on Regional and Spatial Analysis from Morehead State University. Additional experience includes roles in analysis and research, highlighted by the establishment of the first drug court in Eastern Kentucky.
