Marianne Prue

Marianne Prue is an experienced Urban Forestry Specialist with a robust background in managing urban forestry initiatives and responding to environmental challenges. Since May 2009, Marianne has worked for the City of Cincinnati overseeing 14 communities, focusing on budget management and maintenance contracts. Prior to this role, Marianne served as an Urban Forester for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, where responsibilities included statewide management related to the Emerald Ash Borer, grant administration, and public outreach. Marianne also has experience as a Utility Forester and Work Planner with Asplundh Tree Expert Co. and ACRT, Inc., focusing on vegetation management along power line rights-of-way. Earlier in the career, Marianne held a position as a Forester with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, contributing to forest health assessments and management planning. Marianne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from Purdue University.
