Matthew Hulme

Matthew Hulme is an experienced professional in public administration and transportation management, currently serving as the Division Manager (Transit Coordinator) and Parking Superintendent for the City of Cincinnati since April 2007. With a comprehensive background in the Parking Division, Matthew has held various roles including Parking Services Supervisor and Assistant Parking Services Supervisor, overseeing operations, staff, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Prior to this, Matthew served in the US Army from September 2001 to May 2019, where responsibilities included emergency medical treatment as a Senior Company Medic and firefighting operations. Matthew holds a Master of Public Administration in City Management from Villanova University and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati.
