Nicole Hughes

Nicole Hughes has extensive experience in administrative and operational roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Administrative Technician, Customer Relations Representative, and Clerk Typist at the City of Cincinnati since August 2019, Nicole also holds the position of Finance and Operations Coordinator at Springhill Lawn & Landscape since April 2022. Previous positions include Tax Examiner at the Internal Revenue Service from December 2018 to June 2019, and Clinical Coordinator at UC Health from September 2015 to December 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as a Default Mortgage Processor at CitiMortgage, Inc. from April 2012 to September 2015. Nicole's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Office Management Technology from Southern New Hampshire University, an Associate's degree in Office Management Technology from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, and an Associate's degree from The Chatfield Edge. Currently, Nicole is pursuing a BTAS degree at the University of Cincinnati, expected to be completed in August 2024.
