Reagan Oliver is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of Research and Engagement for the City of Cincinnati since July 2025. Prior experience includes a position as a Leadership Center & Marketing Intern at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, where Reagan developed social media campaigns and managed logistics for leadership programs. As a Brueggeman Fellow at Xavier University, Reagan conducted research on juvenile justice practices in Belgium, complemented by a role as a Psychology Research Assistant investigating juvenile transfer recommendations with Dr. Hart. Additionally, Reagan contributed to the Anna Albi for City Council campaign as an intern and collaborated on COVID-19 community reports as a Population Health Intern. Early career roles also include positions at Clothes Mentor and Hamilton County, Ohio, conducting impactful research on juvenile resources and managing a pool facility. Reagan holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and the Public from Xavier University.
