Ashley Feeney

Ashley Feeney is an accomplished city manager with extensive experience in community and economic development. Currently serving as City Manager for the City of Citrus Heights since January 2022, Feeney previously held the position of Assistant City Manager and Director of Community & Economic Development for the City of Davis from December 2018 to January 2022. Additional roles include Vice President of Community Development at Trumark Homes in 2018, Community Development & Sustainability Director for the City of Davis from 2016 to 2018, and various leadership positions at The New Home Company Inc. and John Laing Homes. Feeney began a career in urban planning as an Associate Planner with the City of Sacramento from 2003 to 2006. Feeney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Humboldt State University.
