Brett Parsons currently serves as a Community Engagement Manager and Fellow at the City of Cleveland's Department of Building and Housing, utilizing a fellowship from the Cleveland Foundation since June 2022. Prior experience includes an internship at the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authority from September 2021 to May 2022, and roles as a Summer Camp Counselor at Life Time Inc. from June 2018 to August 2021, along with an internship at the Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster in June and July 2021. Additionally, Brett served as a Housing Advisor at Franklin & Marshall College from September 2019 to May 2021, providing support to first-year students. Early career experience includes a research internship at Cleveland Clinic from June 2016 to August 2017, where data analysis and collaboration with research teams were key responsibilities. Brett holds a degree from Franklin & Marshall College and completed education at Hathaway Brown School.
