Gregory Reaves is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community service and career coaching. As the Alumni Network Coordinator and Career Coach at Towards Employment since June 2020, Gregory has also served as a Case Manager. Currently, Gregory holds the position of Cleveland Community Police Commissioner with the City of Cleveland since December 2022, which complements previous roles within the city's community policing efforts. Gregory has a foundation in case management and support roles, having worked at Recovery Resources and Suburban Pavilion Inc. Additionally, experience includes supervisory roles with individuals with disabilities at LEAP and job coaching for homeless individuals at New Life Community Church. Gregory Reaves earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Cuyahoga Community College, alongside a certification from the U.S. Army in Multi-Channels Communications Equipment Operation and a diploma from John F. Kennedy High School.
