Ashley Elliott

Ashley Elliott currently serves as the Director of Recruiting at Trova, a consulting and search firm, since March 2025. Additionally, Ashley is the CEO and an IIN Certified Health Coach at Pick Happy, focusing on health behavior change and specializing in gastrointestinal issues, inflammation reduction, and weight loss. Previously, Ashley held the position of Organizational Partner at Paving the Way Foundation, Inc., where responsibilities included assisting the President with procedural tasks and overseeing special projects. Ashley also worked as a Health Coach at Absolute Health and Wellness, helping clients lose weight while preserving muscle mass. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Executive Assistant at Informulate, where support for the CEO and client relationship management were key functions. Ashley earned an Associate of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Valencia College between January 2000 and January 2003.
