Liz Crowe, Ph.D., serves as the Director of Urban Analytics & Innovation (Urban AI) at City Hall in Cleveland since August 2022. Prior to this role, Liz held various positions at JumpStart Inc. from June 2017 to August 2022, culminating as Principal of Data Governance & Analytics. Liz's academic contributions include serving as an Adjunct Professor at Cleveland State University and American University, teaching courses in economics and program evaluation. Additional experience includes positions at the Urban Institute and Congressional Research Service, along with a graduate assistantship at the Urban Institute. Liz holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration and Policy, a Master of Arts in Economics, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Mathematics, all obtained from American University.
