Noah Hibbard

Noah Hibbard is a Talent Development Specialist currently employed at the City of Cleveland - City Hall since September 2024. Previous experience includes serving as a Core Training and Skills Instructor at the United Labor Agency from June 2022 to June 2024, where Noah successfully implemented a learning management system that improved training participation and quality assurance metrics. Additionally, Noah has a background in education and the arts, having worked as a Lead Kindergarten Teacher at The Nest Schools and held various roles in theatrical productions, including Tour Manager for a children's puppet theatre and Theatre Instructor. Noah holds a degree in Theatre and Dance, Acting, from The College of Wooster, earned between 2012 and 2017.
