Ashley Lusk

Ashley Lusk is a Talent Development Specialist at QBE North America, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Ashley served as a Lead Talent Partner at Wayfair from May 2022 to August 2023, and as a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Manager for IMS Integrated Merchandising Solutions, managing recruiting efforts in the US and Canada from December 2021 to July 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Dyson for the US, Canada, and Mexico from May 2021 to January 2022, and as a Talent Business Partner for Chicago Public Schools from June 2019 to May 2020. Educated at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Ashley has a strong background in creative problem solving and sprint planning throughout various roles in talent acquisition and development.
