Mela N. is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various roles within the public sector. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist for the City of Clive, Iowa since August 2023, Mela previously held the position of Human Resources Officer at the State of Iowa - Executive Branch from April 2020 to August 2023.
