Frank Pacifico

Frank Pacifico has had extensive work experience in various roles within local government organizations. Frank started their career as the Street & Bridge Maintenance Chief/Program Manager at the District Department of Transportation in 2001, and held this position until 2014. Following this, they became the Associate Administrator of the District Department of Public Works Parking Enforcement Administration, where they worked until 2017.
