Caitlin Rice

Caitlin Rice is a seasoned professional in urban planning and community development, currently serving as Senior Planner for the City of Collinsville since May 2020, where prior roles included Associate Planner and Community Development Intern. With a background in food service management at Chick-fil-A-Franchise from August 2012 to April 2020, Caitlin possesses a diverse skill set.
