David Roth

David Roth has an extensive background in law enforcement, serving as Chief of Police for Lebanon City Police Department since May 2015, the same year David retired as a Major from the City of Collinsville. Educationally, David completed the FBI National Academy in 2011, obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Webster University between 2003 and 2005, and participated in the 98th Administrative Officers Course at the University of Louisville in 1997.
