The Information Technology team at the City of Collinsville is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the city's technological infrastructure. The IT Network Administrator ensures reliable and secure network connectivity for all city departments, while the IT Systems Administrator manages and supports the city's various software applications and hardware. Leading the team, the IT Director oversees the strategic direction of technology initiatives to improve city operations and services for residents and businesses. Together, they ensure that Collinsville's digital assets are robust, efficient, and future-ready.
