Ryan Phipps

Ryan Phipps is a qualified civil engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently employed at the City of Colorado Springs since March 2013. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as a structural engineer at CH2M Hill Academy Services from December 2011 to March 2013 and as a civil engineer for Snohomish County Public Works Department from July 2006 to December 2011. Educationally, Ryan holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, obtained in 2005, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2004.
