Stephen Leander is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and management. Currently serving as the PPRCN System Manager for the City of Colorado Springs since November 2014, Stephen oversees the financial and operational aspects of a large-scale public safety digital trunked radio system. Prior to this role, Stephen operated as an independent consultant, providing expertise in various technical areas from server migrations to embedded microcontroller projects. Stephen's career includes significant positions at Iron Mountain Digital as Systems Engineering Manager, where leadership and training initiatives were developed, and at Iron Mountain, where consistent high performance was achieved. Additional experience includes roles at Connected Corp, Stac, Computer Associates, and Cheyenne Software, contributing to a robust background in both engineering and management. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electro-Mechanical Computer Technology from the New York Institute of Technology.
