Bassam Alzammar

Bassam Alzammar currently serves as the Water/Wastewater Operations Manager at the City of Colton since December 2022. Prior to this role, Bassam held various positions in the water industry, including Treasurer and Region 6 Chair at CalWARN, Field Operations Manager at Mission Springs Water District, Water Superintendent and Project/Construction Manager at the City of Redlands, and Designer at San Gabriel Valley Water Company. Throughout their career, Bassam has gained extensive experience in water utility operations, emergency preparedness, disaster response, and infrastructure design.
