Cheryl Reed

Cheryl Reed is an accomplished Dynamics Solution Manager with extensive experience in business analysis and project management. At the City of Columbus since September 2015, Cheryl has led requirements gathering sessions, managed development teams, and overseen system testing while developing user documentation and conducting training. Previous roles include Senior Business Analyst at the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and the Ohio Department of Administrative Services, where Cheryl facilitated critical system enhancements and participated in the Oracle ERP conversion. Cheryl's career also includes experience at Vantiv as a Lead Business Systems Analyst and at Parker Hannifin in system administration.
