Jessica Cáceres

Jessica Cáceres is an experienced professional with a background in public affairs, environmental science, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Legislative Aide to Councilmember Lourdes Barroso de Padilla for the City of Columbus, Jessica has previously held positions such as Community Program Coordinator at the Latina Mentoring Academy, where responsibilities included event coordination and facilitation of culturally relevant workshops. With a history of working with the Ohio EPA as a Multimedia Environmental Consulting and Sustainability Specialist, Jessica's expertise includes compliance in public health policies and environmental consultations. Additional roles as a mentor, volunteer facilitator, and project leader demonstrate a commitment to empowering youth and facilitating community connections, particularly within the Latinx community. Jessica holds a Certificate in Public & NonProfit Leadership from the John Glenn College and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from The Ohio State University.
