Kelly Reagan, MPA, has extensive experience in fleet management and public administration, currently serving as Fleet Administrator for the City of Columbus since September 2007. In this role, responsibilities include budgeting, personnel management, legislative affairs, and collaborating with elected officials and the Mayor's Office, leading to numerous national awards for the division. Prior to this, Kelly served as General Manager at First Vehicle Services from 2003 to 2007, earning the Presidents Award from First Group America in 2007 and recognition in the 100 Best Fleets list in 2006, along with achieving ISO 9001-2000 certification and OSHA VVP Star status. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Sr. Vice President of Fleet at Agency Rent A Car from 1985 to 2001. Kelly holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Finance and Administration from Franklin University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Economics from Hiram College, alongside studies at Concordia Theological Seminary from 2003 to 2010.
