Grant McMillan

Grant McMillan, MPA, is a Senior Budget Analyst with the City of Concord, NC, since October 2023. Previously, Grant served as a Strategy and Planning Analyst for Mecklenburg County from June 2021 to October 2023 and worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from August 2019 to June 2021, focusing on research assistance and teaching political science labs.
