Danielle Pacik

Danielle Pacik (Ruane) has extensive legal experience, currently serving as City Solicitor and previously as Deputy City Solicitor for the City of Concord, New Hampshire, since October 2011. In this role, Danielle provides legal counsel to the City Council and various city departments, represents the City in litigation, and supervises outside counsel. Prior to this, Danielle worked as an Assistant Attorney General with the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office, defending state agencies in civil lawsuits. Danielle also held the position of Senior Associate at Devine Millimet, focusing on civil litigation in areas such as employment discrimination and contract disputes, and served as a law clerk for Justice James Duggan at the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctorate from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Women's Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
