Vanessa Gould

Vanessa Gould is an experienced Human Resources professional with a focus on personnel management and recruitment. Currently serving as a Human Resources Technician II for the City of Concord since September 2022, Vanessa previously held the position of Personnel Technician and Administrative Clerk II at the City of Vallejo, California, starting in December 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Corporate Recruiter at Westamerica Bancorporation from June 2016 to December 2019 and as a Human Resources Assistant and Distribution Clerk at Jelly Belly Candy Company from September 2008 to June 2016. Vanessa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University - East Bay and a Human Resource Management Certificate from California State University, East Bay - Continuing Education.
