Bobby M. Kelly III

Bobby M. Kelly III is an experienced communications and leadership professional with a diverse background in various roles. Currently serving as the Communications Coordinator for the City of Conway since February 2018, Bobby also holds the position of President at Turtle Target since July 2015. Previous experience includes Creative Director at The Markham Group and Development Director at both Conway Interfaith Clinic and Independent Living Services, Inc. With a strong foundation in public relations and writing from a Bachelor's degree obtained at the University of Central Arkansas and a Master's in Business Administration from the same institution, Bobby has demonstrated a consistent commitment to effective communication and development within organizations.
