Lorie Roth

Lorie Roth, SPHR, currently serves as the Assistant City Manager and Human Resources Manager for the City of Coon Rapids since August 2020. Previously, Lorie was a Senior Human Resources Consultant at SPPS from November 2015 to August 2020, providing strategic oversight in performance management and labor relations. Lorie's experience includes roles as a Human Resource Consultant for the State of Minnesota, Senior Human Resources Generalist at Reell Precision Manufacturing, Manager of Human Resources at Dungarvin and The Home Depot, Director of Human Resources at Cellular One, and Human Resources Manager at Minnesota Twist Drill. Lorie holds a B.A. in Psychology with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin Stout.
