Roy Artin

Roy Artin is a seasoned IT and cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in leadership and architectural roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Analyst at the City of Coquitlam, Roy previously worked as a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant for Federal Engineering, Inc., where expertise was applied to assess IT and cybersecurity risks for diverse clients. As the Manager of Architecture and Security at E-Comm 9-1-1, Roy established cybersecurity capabilities and led initiatives, while also holding the position of Enterprise Infrastructure and Security Architect. Earlier in the career at TELUS Communications, Roy contributed as a Network Specialist III/Solutions Architect and as a Network Technician, providing technical support and facilitating the testing of new products. Roy holds an MBA in Management of Technology from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University and possesses degrees in Electrical Engineering and Engineering Physics.
