Frank Babinec

Frank Babinec currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Coral Springs, a position held since December 2019. Prior to this role, Frank Babinec was the Fire Chief for the Coral Springs - Parkland Fire Department from February 2014 to December 2019. Frank Babinec earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration from Columbia Southern University between 2009 and 2011, and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Thomas University from 2003 to 2005.
