Tamara Dawson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Tamara is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at the City of Coral Springs, where they lead a team in various HR functions such as recruiting, employee relations, and compensation. Additionally, Tamara worked as a Corporate Recruiter, managing recruiting activities and building relationships with colleges, universities, and community organizations.
