Michelle Mixell Aicp, Cnu-A

Michelle Mixell, AICP, CNU-A, serves as the Planning Manager for the City of Corinth since July 2020. Previously, Michelle held various roles in planning and education, including Director of Planning & Community Development for Cranberry Township and Planning Director for Marshall Township. Experience also includes a role as Zoning Manager at Bechtel Corporation and a long tenure as Director of Planning at Pashek Associates. In addition to planning, Michelle has a background in education as a Visual Art Educator at Plano Senior High School and a Yoga Teacher at Life Time. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in City & Regional Planning from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University, along with ongoing studies in Economic Development at the University of Oklahoma.
