Elisa Silva Mpaff

Elisa Silva MPAff currently serves as the City Agenda Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Assistant City Manager at the City of Corpus Christi since April 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Associate at Michigan Medicine from February 2018 to April 2021, and General Manager at Smart Phone Repairz from June 2014 to May 2018, where responsibilities included conflict resolution and policy implementation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
