Gabriel Rodriguez

Gabriel Rodriguez is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Corpus Christi since November 2017. Prior to this role, Gabriel worked as an Attorney at Thomas J. Henry Injury Attorneys and as an Associate Attorney at Kustoff & Phipps, LLP. Gabriel's legal career began as Lead Intern in the Bexar County Civil District Courts - Staff Attorney's Office, where support was provided to Civil District Court Judges with legal research and administrative tasks. Additionally, Gabriel completed a Summer Law Clerk position with the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, which involved evidence collection and drafting legal documents. Early career experience includes serving as a Residential Care Liaison for Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Texas, facilitating mentorship for youth under Texas Youth Commission supervision. Gabriel holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary's University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
