Manuel Hernandez

Manuel Hernandez, CCM, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Public Works for the City of Corpus Christi, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Division Estimator at Bay Ltd. from June 2020 to July 2023, and a Construction Manager/Inspector/Estimator at AG|CM, Inc. from April 2014 to May 2020, where responsibilities encompassed managing construction projects and coordinating teams to safeguard client interests. Additional experience includes Project Controls at Texas Sterling Construction Co. and Survey Party Chief positions at Ballenger Construction and Bay Ltd. Manuel's foundational experience in the construction industry also includes roles as an Instrument Man at Manhattan Construction Company and a Field Engineer helper at Baker Concrete. Manuel holds an Associate of Applied Science in Multimedia Design from The Art Institutes, earned from 1998 to 2000.
