Tatiana Bakhtina.

Tatiana Bakhtina, MBA, currently serves as the Sr. Budget Analyst for the City of Corvallis since April 2023. Previously, Tatiana held various positions at Lane Community College from September 2016 to April 2023, including Sr. Budget Analyst Lead, Interim Director of Budget and Resource Planning, Senior Budget Analyst, Lead Budget Analyst, Budget Operations Coordinator, and Administrative Coordinator. Earlier experience includes a Sales Representative role at Allergan and positions in marketing and event coordination at Hult Center for Performing Arts and City of Eugene Cultural Services, respectively. Tatiana's career also includes sales roles at Sears, Roebuck and Co. and Zepter International Company, as well as retail management at a Jewelry Boutique. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Bushnell University and a Bachelors of Science from Northwest Christian University, complemented by a degree in Theater Arts from the College of Theater and Arts.
