Hoon Jo

Hoon Jo is a GIS Programmer Analyst with extensive experience in geographic information systems. Currently employed at the City of Costa Mesa since October 2020, Hoon Jo previously worked as a GIS Specialist for the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District from 2018 to 2020, and as a GIS Technician at the Orange County Fire Authority from 2015 to 2018. Hoon Jo began a career in GIS as an intern at the City of El Segundo in 2014 and served as an Office Assistant at LMG Law Group from 2013 to 2014. Hoon Jo holds a Master of Science in Geographic Information Science from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography/Environmental Studies with a focus on GIS from the University of California, Los Angeles.
