Cynthia Lewis

Cynthia Lewis has extensive work experience in human resources. Cynthia is currently the Director of Human Resources at the City of Covington, Kentucky. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Community Health Alliance from 2017 to 2021. Before that, they worked at Miami University in various roles, including Assistant Director Labor and Employee Relations and Sr. HR Generalist.

Cynthia Lewis earned their Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Miami University. Cynthia attended the university from 2007 to 2009.
