Wayne Mayberry

Wayne Mayberry has extensive experience in law enforcement and code enforcement, currently serving as a Code Enforcement Officer with the City of Covington since January 2011. In this role, Wayne focuses on ensuring safe housing practices and managing violations related to rubbish and garbage. Prior to this position, Wayne worked as a police officer in Covington from January 1984 to February 1998, where responsibilities included patrol duties, warrant arrests, and DWI patrols. Wayne's educational background includes training at Rugby Academy and the LSU Law Enforcement Academy, completed between 1955 and 1961, as well as high school education at Rugby Academy from 1958 to 1961.
