Operations and Administration

The Operations and Administration team of the City of Covington, Kentucky, ensures the smooth functioning and strategic management of city services and resources. This team handles a myriad of responsibilities including financial management, legal affairs, urban forestry, cultural and recreational programming, business retention and expansion, tax audits, and customer service.
