Lammis J. Vargas

Lammis J. Vargas has a diverse background in government and public service, holding various roles in different organizations over the years. Currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Somerville, Lammis previously held positions such as Council Vice President in Cranston and Deputy Secretary of State/Director of Administration in the Rhode Island Department of State. With a Bachelor's degree in Justice Studies from Rhode Island College, Lammis has extensive experience in roles ranging from Dean of Operations to Staff Aide/Interpreter for a US Senator.
