Andrew Maximous is a seasoned professional in traffic engineering and mobility planning with substantial experience in managing and overseeing engineering projects. Currently serving as the Mobility and Traffic Engineering Manager for the City of Culver City since January 2022, Andrew supervises various aspects of traffic engineering, mobility planning, and infrastructure projects. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Senior Traffic Engineer at RailPros, focusing on grade crossing safety projects, and as the Principal Traffic Engineer for the City of Santa Monica, where more than $30 million in transportation projects were administered. Andrew began their career at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. as an Engineer, specializing in traffic signal and control projects. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
